Two Routed Letter Options: We offer two variations of our routed graphics to meet your specific need, be it budget or visual presentation.

(1) Routed Engraved Option: We use a v-bit router to engrave letters into the recycled plastic lumber slat. This engraved routed style is very cost effective and has a highly crafted and a subtle but elegant look to the presentation of your message.

(2) Routed plus Color Fill: Option:. . Another attractive style to present your message is our Color Fill option. A glossy, highly durable polymer urethane resin material is hand poured into the routed  letter body and allowed to dry. The resulting graphic is very bright and readable message which can be seen and read from a distance

Our “Green Commitment”: We are continuing our long term commitment to the effective recycling of post consumer, HDPE plastic materials and the creation of environmentally responsible products. The 6' Memorial Bench with 2"x6" slats utilizes the equivalent weight of 749 one gallon milk jug containers (117 lbs) to manufacture this product. The 8' Memorial Bench with 2"x6" slats utilizes the equivalent weight of 998 one gallon milk jug containers (156 lbs) to manufacture this product.  Rest assured that when purchasing this product…. you are making recycling a reality.

5 Year Limited Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

Bright Idea Shops, LLC offers a 5 year limited warranty from date of shipment on all picnic table, park bench, waste receptacle, and spa accessory products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The limited warranty is only valid if products have been assembled and installed per the assembly instructions provided with the shipment.

What is the period of coverage?

The above limited warranty is for 5 years and commences on the date of invoice issued from Bright Idea Shops, LLC.

What is not covered?

·        Damages from vandalism, abuse, neglect, acts of nature, or acts of God.

·        Products that have been modified or altered from original specifications.

·        Normal wear and tear.

·        Transportation costs or customer labor costs associated with repair of warranty claims.

·        Freight damages are not a warranty claim and must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier for compensation.

·        To the extent permitted by state or federal laws, Bright Idea Shops, LLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages associated with warranty claims.

·        No other warranty written, oral or implied may be substituted for the warranty stated above.

What will Bright Idea Shops, LLC do to correct the problem?

·        Upon written notification, Bright Idea Shops, LLC shall at its sole discretion correct the warranty problem by either (a) repair or (b) replacement of the defective part.

·        “Returned Goods Authorization Number” must be obtained from Bright Idea Shops customer service prior to being shipped back to Bright Idea Shops, LLC.

How do I get warranty service?
