Two Routed Letter Options: We offer two variations of our routed graphics to meet your specific need, be it budget or visual presentation.
(1) Routed Engraved Option: We use a v-bit router to engrave letters into the recycled plastic lumber slat. This engraved routed style is very cost effective and has a highly crafted and a subtle but elegant look to the presentation of your message.
(2) Routed plus Color Fill: Option: Another attractive style to present your message is our Color Fill option. A glossy, highly durable polymer urethane resin material is hand poured into the routed letter body and allowed to dry. The resulting graphic is very bright and readable message which can be seen and read from a distance

The highest quality colorants and UV stabilizers are added to our all weather recycled HDPE plastic lumber process to insure the highest performance against color fading in outdoor weathering.
