Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

Bright Idea Shops aggressively seeks and negotiates the lowest shipping costs and passes through these cost savings directly to our customers.  Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.  Shipping and Handling are FOB (Free on Board - Shipping Point) and will be calculated and provided with the confirmation of your order.   

Smaller Products:

Ship by UPS and will be ground delivery unless otherwise requested:

Larger Products:

Many of our products are larger in size and weight and usually ship by common carrier trucking.  We will choose the best carrier for the delivery location and product being shipped.  Customers can request special services such as residential delivery, power lift gate, expedited service, construction site delivery or call in advance delivery.  These special services may include additional charges and should be identified at order confirmation.

General Shipping hours are:

Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.  Please note receiving hours at point of delivery at order confirmation.

Tracking Orders:

Order tracking is available for all shipments

Partial Shipments:

Multiple products may be shipped from different points or warehouses and may have different delivery  dates.  Rest assured, your entire order will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Lead time for shipping:

Many of our products are available for immediate shipment while other products are made to order or custom made to your required specifications and incur a lead time.  Lead times can fluctuate based on product availability, seasonality and order confirmations.  Please note lead times, where applicable, on our website’s product page.  lead times will be provided at order confirmation. Customers can also arrange their own shipping.
